"She tells the story of healing. One that includes a death and a rebirth. Who she was before is no longer; she embraces that. She has reached the peak of exhaustion. She simply cannot continue to push through. She knows it is time to put herself first. She surrenders, releasing all resistance. She knows it is her time to heal. She lets go and has faith in herself and the process for she knows she is protected & she will heal. She knows the path is long; ebbing and flowing, still she goes. She has faith in herself and the guidance of her heart. Rebuilding with gold as she glistens. The cocoon loosens and she is thrilled to show her growth. To connect with the world on a much deeper and more fulfilling level. Scars and battle wounds are a part of her. She's not afraid to share her vulnerability and owning her story; it is her strength. She is empowering. She is proud of the path that she has chosen. To heal herself at any cost; she is worth it. As the sun comes out and the last of her chrysalis dissipates, she is free to be her. Wholly and completely. She screams with passion and integrity: “I AM WORTHY! I LOVE ME!” It is in that moment she realizes the love she has for herself will never be broken again. She emerges with gold flowing & love exuding from her."
